Mini-Gatherings

These happen several times during the year and are an excellent way to socialise, meet up with other Convergence people again, prepare for the next Convergence, get a bit of site maintenance work done, and keep the ticket price down. There'll be something for everyone, not just those who want to wield a chainsaw.

More details will be available closer to each one in the newsletter, which we aim to publish about 2 weeks before each gathering. Don't forget to send in your items for it.

Dates for 2019

The start is on Friday afternoon, finish Sunday afternoon.

22–24 March
10–12 May
10–14 July (long, school holidays)
Wed 16 – Sun 20 October (starting Wednesday now!)
Wed 4 – Sun 8 December (Starting Wed now! Also BBQ, and final site prep for Convergence)

Firewood weekends

Firewood weekends have now finished and the debris piles cleaned up. Whatever little is left is needed for Convergence.

Thanks to all those who helped in the clean-up!

Registrations

Note early bird is a month earlier from this year on! That is so the food ordering deadline can be met.

Registrations for Convergence open on 1 October from this year on, and finish on 20 December. The earlybird rate is available only for registrations and payments made during October(!), for payments 1 November to 20 December the standard rate applies. From 21 December show up at the gate on 27 or 28 December and pay cash at the gate rate. No EFTPOS.
